About Me
Over the past 25 years, I have learned a great deal about myself and what it takes to have a successful career and move up the corporate ladder. The journey has not been linear or smooth, yet I have been able to reach success in global leadership roles and lead global teams and organizations.
Early in my career, I focused on degrees, certifications, and hard work as a way to advance my career. This formula worked for a while and I found success, but I eventually hit a wall. During this period, despite my best efforts, I could not make the transition into roles of increased responsibility, influence, and income. This created in me a great deal of frustration, and a lack of clarity and I began to lose confidence in my abilities.
As a result of these experiences and success, I’m extremely passionate about my work as a career coach to help people avoid what happened to me. I want to hear your story and help you write the next chapter of your career success.
Angel Santiago holds a degree in management, a degree in marketing, and a Master's in Business Administration. He holds an active PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and is a graduate and certified coach through the University of Miami’s Professional Coaching Program, as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation.
